Travis Scott's upcoming Utopia Circus Maximus tour will not include a stop in Houston.



Travis Scott following the release of his successful fourth studio album Utopia has announced the Circus Maximus Tour to support his new album. The tour is officially titled Utopia Tour Presents Circus Maximus. Travis Scott made this announcement during his Utopia album premiere show in Rome, expressing his hope that the tour will take place.


The tour is scheduled to start in October at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte North Carolina and will run through the fall and winter months. Concert dates are planned in various cities including Dallas, Texas, Chicago and Las Vegas. It's important to note that Houston the city where the tragic Astroworld Fest incident occurred in 2021 is not included in the tour schedule as of the provided information.


The tour will conclude at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on 29 December, 2023. As of now no additional tour dates have been announced beyond these.

The album consists of 19 tracks featuring a diverse range of artists from various genres including Beyoncé, Bon Iver, Kid Cudi, Bad Bunny, Sheck Wes and more. Travis Scott originally from Houston also established the Cactus Jack Foundation in 2020 a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Houston youth through initiatives such as toy drives and scholarship programs for HBCU college students. As part of his commitment to this cause $2 from each ticket sold for the Circus Maximus Tour will contribute to the Cactus Jack Foundation.
